I found the problem: that pc was from another former employer and his folder inside the vault was moved to another place leaving a gray folder in its former pc.

What registry entry is of you concern?
Server side entries like usercache should be recreated.
You need to allow the access from AD adding the new user names you modified in the db in the archive server as well.
