Thanks for the comment. If shell fails, it is a issue with underlaying geometry that is the reason, I model it from scratch.

Do you want a symmetrical or asymmetrical part? Because I found this part is not symmetry at this location. That means opposite side does not have this line.

Fillet on 3D Plane

Two examples are here. In 2nd example fill is not possible on different 3D planes. In the 1st example fillet is possible on different 3D planes. How can you explain this?

This screenshot was given in reddit website. I tried to model it, but it is not exactly same. I have only standard version SWX but I think higher version with surface flatten option you can model exactly same as in the screenshot. What do you think?

Normally latest version is added with new features, therefore it is an updated version. I talking about SP5 of all versions. I do not understand the reason for the doubt.
