You can use the Friend functionality. If you click on the users name it will take you to their profile. At the bottom of the top box, you can click Add Friend. Friends posts are highlighted.

If it's a sketch, use Offset Sketch. If it's a set of faces perpendicular to the screen, use Move Face. If it's a bounded surface, use Extend Surface

That's because your image is small. If it were over 1000 pixels, it would probably fail. Could you test that and let me know?
