I installed SP2 in the same way therefore I do not have idea for this particular issue. Only thing I can try is uninstall whole SWX 2021v and reinstall again.

What you say is to get the vertical dimension 1 mm as shown in drawing you must have a horizontal dimension 1.73 mm.

Okay I can understand now. Drawing is correct, it shows opposite to PM angle, where as PM shows exact angle, both of these angles are equal. I do not know how they call this equal angle in English because my mother tongue is not English.

Chamfer Dimension

Is this chamfer dimension is correct? Not 30 degree it should be 60 degree for 1 mm depth. In the part file sketch shows in red color.

Here is part file (2020v). By using Multiple Trim I proceed but I want to know why extended up to surface does not work for this particular part. I tried extended up to surface separately but it worked.

Notice this 2D sketch symbol. Symbol at the LHS is with blur grid mark in it. Symbol at the RHS is with empty space in it. Does it mean anything? After modifying the part I realized that the corner is a not a good one, so that I converted part file into dump solid file and repaired the corner.

Deviation Analysis

Two separate flat surfaces are joint together. Joint between connections is tangent to each faces. However, according to Deviation Analysis joint at the extreme right end (green arrow shows) is 0.04 degree. What is the reason?

I assume this also should be blue arrow as well.

No problem with other files therefore not sure rebooting will work. It is a very old file. I am in the process of checking it and deleting it from the system. File is attached (SWX 2020v).

It is safe to turn off any anti virus protection when download and install SWX because you do not know what is going behind and specially if you use SWX for your meal ticket.

I usually look for cheap software in market that gives Internet Protection. I have not heard about "Sophos". What is the reason for choosing "Sophos"?

I have used many anti virus software with SWX but no compliant at all, only thing is when downloading and installing SWX you have disable your anti virus.

I am not aware about Ed Eaton. I am a subscriber of SWX. It has killed all my links by disabling the old form. It is disappointing. Therefore, I am contemplating to shift to new design software. That is why I want to know about Fusion 360.

An online tutorial for all challenging models is helpful. Because from the issues only people learn. That is why companies ask for experience when hiring. Separate tutorials for each topic is helpful for example Surfacing, Weldment, Molding and assembly few things to name.
