I did same for this version but it did not work. Only option available here is total cleanup of SWX 2021v SP2 and r...

What you say is to get the vertical dimension 1 mm as shown in drawing you must have a horizontal dimension 1.73 mm.

Okay I can understand now. Drawing is correct, it shows opposite to PM angle, where as PM shows exact angle, both of these angles are equal. I do not know how they call this equal angle in English because my mother tongue is not English.

Origin point is away from your part so that I brought origin point to a convenient location and modify the part.

Two separate flat surfaces are joint together. Joint between connections is tangent to each faces. However, according to Deviation Analysis joint at the extreme right end (green arrow shows) is 0.04 degree. What is the reason?
I assume this also should be blue arrow as well.

Thanks for the detail explanation.
I am not aware about Ed Eaton. I am a subscriber of SWX. It has killed all my links by disabling the old form. It is disappointing. Therefore, I am contemplating to shift to new design software. That is why I want to know about Fusion 360.

An online tutorial for all challenging models is helpful. Because from the issues only people learn. That is why companies ask for experience when hiring. Separate tutorials for each topic is helpful for example Surfacing, Weldment, Molding and assembly few things to name.
