I'm usually all about having more options, but when trying to delete something there are so many different variables, depending on the situation, that in my opinion that pop-up shouldn't have the "Don't Ask Again" checkbox.

If you'd like to simplify it (and have a shorter tree, which you said you like), you could delete the features the screenshot shows as suppressed, then mirror the patterns. Something similar would work in most of the other folders.

I had the same intermittent problem with SW2022. I never found a cause, but it was very frustrating. I never bothered reaching out to my VAR about it, mostly because it was difficult to repeat.
