It's not relevant to your question, but the Confirm Delete dialog box is one that I firmly believe should never be dismissed. There are too many variables, depending on the situation, and hiding it for one situation hides it for all of them.

I don't know of any way to do it with just the cut list. My cut lists don't even have the column for angle. If the body isn't detailed it's assumed both ends are 90° and they have no holes or other cuts. If that's not the case then I show a drawing view of the body and add dimensions as appropriate.

I don't know if this will apply for your situation, but when I need a 3d sketch I often create a solid first, with the edges where I want the 3d sketch, then use Convert Entities on it for the sketch.
