"Bad" music is a matter of interpretation anyway. There is a lot of music that I don't like (Music is like candy. The first thing to do is get rid of the wrapper.) But admittedly what is "bad" to my ears is something great to someone else. So insightful. >< https://www.youtube.c...

Not if you are using another PDM/PLM system like Windchill. The increased subs just means I pay for something I don't use. Why not just offer a sub without cloud services and sub with cloud services? Because they want their huge user base to foot the bill for their cloud development costs. It would...

The hype about the X1 carbon is well deserved. I set this printer up 3 1/2 days ago, and all it does is spit out parts. Despite the fact that the printer runs 3+ x faster, the print quality is better than anything I've seen in the past. I will probably be getting one of these for the house and reti...

It's not just the subscription. If it was just that it might slide. It's the forced march to the platform, and larger than that, the disconnect with customers. The tricky part is that it is just one big 'ol surface body and a bunch of little solid bodies. So, it may be because my model wasn't actually fixed. SW just decided to show it to me that way. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing a setting or something. I'm selecting all bodies to keep, it j...

IMHO... although Split works well... I'd suggest doing a Insert Part (of that imported data). Open a New Part and Insert Part, then a Delete Body and select the surfaces you want. You can save and reuse/rename that New part for your other bodies (edit the Delete Body and again, select only what you ...
