Adding Anchors to a Old SW drawing

Hi,

I am updating a old SW drawing, I went in a replaced the sheet properties with the company's latest and greatest.

Now here is where I can't figure out is how to add a revision anchor, the sheet had Template instead of Sheet format and when I right click there is no anchor options:

Now on the bill of materials if I right click, I get a anchor option:

On the revision table I again don't have the option:

I know this should be simple but how do I add the latest and greatest to this drawing short of replacing it?

Right click in the drawing sheet, select 'Edit Sheet Format'.
Right click a point in the sheet format and the 'Set as anchor' item should be on the pop-up menu. From there you can specify which type of table should be anchored there.

I tired it and as you can see no anchor option:

I would have thought this would be an easy one to fix or that the anchors would have imported with the new sheet properties.
