Still sealed in box with calibration card and Do No Eat silica gel pack!!! Comes with padded plastic storage box.

You can have this for the price of shipping ($5). I have 2. Nice solid Starrett. Batteries guaranteed to never run out!

You have two of these? Is one still available? I'd take it for $5....but I probably have to figure out what my PayPal log in was. Can't remember the last time I used it.

Have to pass on the tuba, thanks. I haven't touched one since my Navy Band days, back when bass guitar players had to double on tuba and tubaists had to play bass. There were some not-so-good bass and tuba players back then...

I was in a Navy Band, and the Armed Forces School of Music. In Norfolk for 4 years. Played trombone. '85-'89.

Where/when were you in?

Small world! I started out at the SOM on trombone in 83, retired 2004. Changed over to bass early on. Japan, San Francisco, New Orleans, Seattle, Italy and Newport RI.

My son plays baritone (ours) and his band teacher has him playing the Tuba as well (on a borrowed one from school). It was a thought. :) tu
