PDM, Where Used tab, How to filter out files in a specified state such as "Obsolete"?

Unread post by bnemec »

How are people using the Where Used tab in PDM? Have you found a way to not show files that are in a specific state? Some of our where used (first layer only) have a couple dozen where used and sometimes as many as half are in obsolete state. It would be nice to click an option to not show them.

Thank you.

There aren't any column filters. Your only options are to export the results to Excel and filter from there, or write an application that shows the where-used results with filters that show what you want.
