View label creation macro/refresh

I cannot seem to find the view label macro anymore that I found in the old forum:

It would delete the current view label from all views & add a new one that was defined by your document properties. This way you'd automatically get rid of scales that were added and had no benefit anymore.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction?
