We were discussing about various topics around coffee table with my colleagues and one of them had the idea to ask ChatGPT about it and here is the conversation:

What fun!
I had heard that at SolidWorks World, one of the speakers was talking about artificial intelligence and asked ChatGPT if it knew the SolidWorks API language. It said "yes" so the speaker asked it to create a spiral staircase. He said that the solid model it created using the API language was 80% usable. So that would mean somewhere around an 80% savings in time for users like us! I certainly hope that never number never gets to 100%. Then maybe our jobs will be in jeopardy! It is quite an interesting tool that has just been invented. I'm looking forward to see where it leads us.

Oh that one also.

I asked ChatGPT to create me a macro to set the width of feature manager with a press of a button. Well... it didnt work as the chatbot insisted me to check that I have a VBA reference library enabled for SolidWorks that doesnt exist :lol:

I didnt have enough knowledge and attention span to figure out the fix.

Need to retrain GPT.
First uninstall Solidworks.
Second install other CAD software.
