Pinning Excel Files to Taskbar when Stored in PDM

Anyone have a workaround for pinning excel files that are stored in PDM to the windows taskbar? They don't show up if you right-click the excel icon on the taskbar and I have tried making a shortcut and then dragging it to the bar .

Any other ideas?
