Two separate flat surfaces are joint together. Joint between connections is tangent to each faces. However, according to Deviation Analysis joint at the extreme right end (green arrow shows) is 0.04 degree. What is the reason?

I assume this also should be blue arrow as well.

Maybe some kind of tolerance issue in the software. I tried several planar and even curved surfaces and it does the same thing if the edge is open ended. If the edge is internal to the surface and closed it doesn't.

It happens to closed edge as well.
