Allow Attachment Extension

Hey @matt,

Could you allow .wmv (Windows Media Video) attachment files? I don't have access to YouTube so I would like to be able to upload .wmv videos.

Edit: Currently I zip it then upload it. Would be nice if I could avoid that.

Ok, I made a new category of attachable files called movies (for stuff that is not youtube). Which includes wmv, avi, mpg, mpeg, mp4 and mp3. I'm not sure what happens when these are posted, but I think they will just be regular downloadable files, they won't be like pictures or like youtube links, which just automatically show content. If you put these files in a zip format, they get classified as "archive" files (7z, XW, BZ2, GTAR, GZ, RAR, TAR, TGZ, TORRENT, AND ZIP). That list seems unnecessarily complete, but that's how it works. Typically, I would just include zip and rar, but the rest of them come with the phpbb setup.
