Enable speedpak graphics circle

For anyone else struggling to get the speedpak graphics circle to show up.

I noticed that the system option was disabled and changing the setting under [view>display>display speedpak graphics circle] had no effect. On the old forum there was a post that mentioned this was a symptom of unsupported graphics cards. I tired a longshot and enabled realview using these registry entries. It seems to have enabled both features.
