THANK YOU for reply , i did again mates , but problem facing the assembly is fully defined cant move , please see the file

the linkage should move by hydraulics

The problem lies in your sketches for the base. They should be fully constraind, there are lines not parallel which should be.

Edit: Just checked the other parts, same problem there. Try going through a couple of tutorials - at least the basic ones. It will help you at lot.
